High-throughput qPCR at GTAC@MGI supports quantitative gene expression and SNP genotyping studies using plate based and microfluidic workflows designed for scale, reproducibility, and consistent measurement across large sample sets. Projects are typically assay driven and focused on cohort screening, validation, and targeted questions where sequencing depth is not required.
GTAC@MGI provides qPCR based gene expression assays using TaqMan probes or EvaGreen dye with user supplied primers. Larger studies can be scaled accordingly to the Standard BioTools IFC formats.
GTAC@MGI offers SNP genotyping by qPCR for projects that need targeted variant calling across medium to large sized cohorts utilizing the Juno and BioMark HD systems.
High-throughput real-time qPCR platform using integrated fluidic circuits (IFCs) for large gene expression and SNP genotyping studies.
