High-throughput qPCR Overview

High-throughput qPCR at GTAC@MGI supports quantitative gene expression and SNP genotyping studies using plate based and microfluidic workflows designed for scale, reproducibility, and consistent measurement across large sample sets. Projects are typically assay driven and focused on cohort screening, validation, and targeted questions where sequencing depth is not required.

  • High-throughput qPCR performed on the Standard BioTools™ BioMark™ HD and Juno systems for large cohorts.
  • Flexible IFC formats including 48 × 48, 96 × 96, and 192 × 24.
  • Support for gene expression analysis and SNP genotyping workflows.
  • Run planning, QC review, and data delivery aligned to study goals.
