Sample Shipping Instructions

Prior to shipping, complete a Service Request. A printout of the Service Request must be included with the material.

Pack samples in an insulated container with sufficient dry ice to remain frozen during transit. Follow all state and federal regulations for shipping with dry ice.

Please use a Priority Overnight delivery service such as FedEx, not First Overnight, to the appropriate address listed below. Do not ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments will be delayed when using USPS due to the internal mail system at Washington University.

Note: Packages accepted Monday-Friday. Avoid weekends and US holidays.
